Any services not explicitly listed here are considered out of scope and will require an additional fee. Any additional fees incurred, will be taken processed via instant invice and paid using the credit card on file.

The following services are not included in the monthly fee but can be provided at an additional charge:
- Custom development, website redesigns, website migrations, third-party support requests or new feature additions.
- Major bug fixes resulting from custom code, outdated plugins, or third-party integrations
- Malware removal for compromised sites outside of regular scanning coverage
- Manual updates for premium themes/plugins that require developer access
- Content updates, blog posting, or SEO optimization (unless included in a separate package)
- E-commerce-related fixes (e.g., WooCommerce troubleshooting beyond standard updates)
- Recovery from severe hacking incidents requiring full website rebuilds
- Website migration to a new hosting provider or server
- Hosting-related issues (if not hosted with Edge Strike Design Ltd.)
- Third-party API integration or troubleshooting
- Email account support and troubleshooting (e.g., SMTP, email deliverability issues)
